Palfrey will head Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move” campaign to fight childhood obesity. A pediatrician for more than 30 years, Dr. Palfrey recently served as president of the American Academy of Pediatrics and director of the Children’s Hospital of Boston’s global health efforts.
